We sold our Condo located in Harmony in the town of Saint Cloud, through Jeanine Corcoran from Corcoran Connect. Within days of the sale opening the Corcoran Team furnished the Condo with appropriate furnishings that were appealing to all buyers. In days offers "mounted!" All was finalized with the Closing within 30 days. As the owner my only responsibility was to just sign documents, one upon another. Jeanine and her Team took charge of all matters and never failed to keep us informed ahead of time, even to the extent of providing weekly written updates of the sale process. Just good solid communication prior to signing the contract and throughout the entire process. We are almost a week postclosing on our Harmony home. There was a serious problem with the seller's title that he had to clear up, and of course, this issue came up at the 11th hour. When most real estate companies would have just left us hanging or convinced us to cut and run to another home, Jeanine and her team kept the faith along with us. They calmed me down when things seemed bleak and I was literally in tears, and they stayed on top of the title company to ensure that we would own the home of our dreams. We know we never would have had that experience somewhere else. The seller did his part, and the title was fixed. We now own this beautiful home, and we are making plans to make it our forever dream home. We are so excited about what the future is going to bring. I would like to thank The Corcoran Connection team for everything they have done in regards to the selling of our townhome.
