In January of 2018 Jeanine Corcoran helped find the perfect home for us as we relocated from Idaho to Harmony, FL. My first encounter with Ms. Eccles was when I contacted a realty office about an empty residential lot. She helped us, my son and I, put in an offer that was declined by the seller. As time went on we discovered the high impact fees in place in Lake County, Florida so we shifted our focus to an existing residential structure and asked her to be our buyer;s agent. She met us in Ocklawaha to walk through a HUD home that she helped us place a nonwinning bid on. She sent us numerous potential listing and searched diligently through new listings.
