Jeanine sold my previous home for me and help me with a purchase of a brand new home. It was a very stressful time and to make the situation ever more stressful, we could not be present for the build. Jeanine, weekly, went and video taped the construction and sent it to me. We spoke at least once a week. Jeanine met with the builder as well. The day that we were to close, the mortgage company "forgot" one item and told me that if I did not complete it, we would not close that day. In addition, the house had some construction issues that were not previously identified by the builder. It was a nightmare! But, there was Jeanine, jumping right in! Jeanine used her expertise in negotiation skills, went right to work. Jeanine advocated for me and "had my back" through this situation. We spent hours together that day, waiting to close.
