We sold our Condo located in Harmony in the town of Saint Cloud, through Jeanine Corcoran from Corcoran Connect. Within days of the sale opening the Corcoran Team furnished the Condo with appropriate furnishings that were appealing to all buyers. In days offers "mounted!" All was finalized with the Closing within 30 days. As the owner my only responsibility was to just sign documents, one upon another. Jeanine and her Team took charge of all matters and never failed to keep us informed ahead of time, even to the extent of providing weekly written updates of the sale process. Just good solid communication prior to signing the contract and throughout the entire process. We visited friends in Harmony about 2 years ago. We fell in love with Harmony and upon returning home we began scheming about how we could get there!
