My first encounter with Ms. Eccles was when I contacted a realty office about an empty residential lot. She helped us, my son and I, put in an offer that was declined by the seller. As time went on we discovered the high impact fees in place in Lake County, Florida so we shifted our focus to an existing residential structure and asked her to be our buyer;s agent.
