I don't often write reviews, but I think people interested in moving to the St. Cloud area or the community of Harmony will find this review helpful. When I moved to this area for work I decided to rent a home in Harmony because it is such a nice neighborhood, especially for families. It has safe sidewalk access to elementary, middle, and high schools. Neighbors are friendly, and the atmosphere is peaceful. While I was renting, I was looking to buy a house in the same neighborhood, and I used multiple realtors before deciding to work with Jeanine Corcoran. I found her to be the best Realtor for a number of reasons. Firstly, she has lived and worked as a real estate agent in the area for quite some time and is extremely familiar with it. Secondly, she had the most listings in the area, and this is important not just to see several homes but also (in my opinion) because if your selling agent and your buying agent are the same person, you have more potential flexibility when negotiating the price. And lastly, Jeanine was not just friendly but also patient with me; she showed me several homes, and I was quite picky. She worked at my pace and delivered what I wanted. I ended up with a Home that I am very happy with, the nicest home I've ever owned in the best neighborhood I've ever lived in. If you're interested in moving to the St. Cloud or Harmony area, I would advise you to give Corcoran Connect the chance to show you around; I think you will be as satisfied as I am. P.S.
