Jeanine sold my previous home for me and help me with a purchase of a brand new home. It was a very stressful time and to make the situation ever more stressful, we could not be present for the build. Jeanine, weekly, went and video taped the construction and sent it to me. We spoke at least once a week. Jeanine met with the builder as well. The day that we were to close, the mortgage company "forgot" one item and told me that if I did not complete it, we would not close that day. In addition, the house had some construction issues that were not previously identified by the builder. It was a nightmare! But, there was Jeanine, jumping right in! Jeanine used her expertise in negotiation skills, went right to work. Jeanine advocated for me and "had my back" through this situation. We spent hours together that day, waiting to close. I can honestly say that I have gained a fabulous friend. I admire Jeanine for her professionalism, as well as her expertise in handling a very stressful day. Rebekah Hawthorne was great to work with as I was selling my home. She was kind and compassionate as I had to move before my house sold. She helped with staging and hired a photographer. She communicated with me so clearly by sharing all the things she had done in the past week and what her goals were for the coming week—all to sell my house. Also, she was great at working with me remotely after my move. I was impressed with her diligence in keeping up with me at a very hectic time in my life.
