Dear Corcoran Connect, Our family can't say enough about our realtor Kim Gamble and the job she did in selling our parents' home. Kim has been a godsend for us, going above and beyond her duties as a realtor. We live in Upstate New York and were not aware Mom and Dad listed their home with Corcoran Connect. Kim told Mom she needed to call us and let us know they just listed their home. In my first conversation with Kim, she told me she wanted to make sure blood relations know what's going on with the sale of their aging parents home, which we appreciated. Since our initial conversation she has always kept us in the loop throughout the selling process. My father in-law can be quite difficult, but Kim would find a way to gently calm him down so this transaction could happen. I would call Kim when I couldn't reach Mom and Dad and she would stop by their home and have them call me. Then she would take pictures of their driver's licenses or other information I needed per Assisted Living or Medicaid's request concerning the paperwork required to get Mom and Dad on Medicaid and a room at Assisted Living. Kim never said no, she just made it happen. She was always there to assist Mom and Dad in navigating the challenges they faced in selling their home. Whether it was technical, financial, or needed repairs she helped them understand what they needed to do and why. Mom and Dad wanted to make sure your company knew how much they enjoyed working with Kim and appreciated her ability to help Dad work through his challenges regarding the home sale process For my wife, her sister, and me, she has been the angel we needed to move Mom and Dad out of their home and into assisted living. My Mom and I decided to downsize our family home to a smaller home. Neither of us have ever bought or sold a home on our own before and the thought of doing so was very overwhelming and daunting. However, we were extremely lucky to find an angel, Kim Gamble.
