I first met Jen in February 2018 when looking to rent a home in Mt. Dora. I was returning to the US after living abroad for 32 years and I was on my own. We are almost a week postclosing on our Harmony home. There was a serious problem with the seller's title that he had to clear up, and of course this issue came up at the 11th hour. When most real estate companies would have just left us hanging or convinced us to cut and run to another home, Jeanine and her team kept the faith along with us. They calmed me down when things seemed bleak and I was literally in tears, and they stayed on top of the title company to ensure that we would own the home of our dreams.
