She has had her real estate license for eight years and in October of 2019 had transitioned to full-time in real estate. Kris stated her decision to become a real estate agent was one of the best ones she has ever made.

She has always had an interest in the real estate market and houses. Kris stated she has always held a passion for helping people. She loved the idea of combining the two of these things together.

Working with first-time buyers is so much fun as their enthusiasm is contagious. It is a joy for Kris to teach and instruct on the process of buying a house. It's not as simple as searching for homes on the internet and then magically being approved for a loan.

Kris Has The Home Buyer Or Seller’s Best Interest At Heart

She likes to show up and represent the best interests of her clients. Kris watches and tracks what all the vendors are doing. For example, in a recent house where the roof was just done, she checked in three different times throughout the day. The roofers were kind of like, "Okay, somebody's watching us.

When people know they are being watched they know they can’t get away with just going through the motions to get it done. Kris shows up to make sure it is done right. She likes to provide a level of comfort for the sellers that someone representing them is watching over things on their behalf.

Kris goes a step further and lines up vendors for her clients to do some repairs, and things such as painting and carpet repair. She said she updates her clients every few days on the progress of the work being done.

She creates a schedule for the homeowners and lists what has been done as well as payment information. She also lends her help in order to facilitate any payments that need to be done and makes sure everything is on track according to the schedule.

You can’t just work when you want to, otherwise, you won’t be selling many houses. It is just a given that you have to be flexible and work around your client’s schedule.

Kris has lived in Harmony since 2004. It is exciting for Kris to see the growth from the original Harmony real estate company to now representing the Saint Cloud, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, and Orlando markets as well.
